Trina Long Speight

Trina Speight, with the help of her father, James Long, Jr., created Priority One Home Healthcare, Inc. in 2002. Operating out of her home, Trina accepted her father, a head and spinal cord injury (HASCI) patient, as her first client. Her business has since grown to assist with the daily activities of over 100 clients on a daily basis. Through her dedication, Priority One has become the longest-operating home healthcare agency in Marlboro County, SC.

Cornelia D. Freeman

Ms. Freeman joined Priority One in 2005 and in 2015 became the Administrative Assistant to Trina Long Speight, taking over the responsibilities of all administrative work. When Ms. Freeman is not enjoying time at the river or gym she loves spending quality time with family.

Christopher “Gage” Speight

Office Manager / Spokesperson

Christopher “Gage” Speight

Gage Speight, the son of Trina Long Speight, joined Priority One in 2023 as Office Manager after completing his commitment as an Information Systems Technician in the US Navy. Gage oversees daily office operations and hopes to bring a new sense of motivation, enthusiasm, and modernity while upholding the legacy of his mother and grandfather. Mr. Speight is also a board member of the Marlboro County Chamber of Commerce and a public notary.
